And on the DUMBO Tour, The New Brooklyn, cobblestone streets, trendy shops, and upscale restaurants are set to more than just a backdrop of a New York skyline. Here you can get a taste of life in Brooklyn's newest and most vibrant neighborhood. From the ferry to the historic Brooklyn landmarks to the celebratory drink at the end of the tour, you get to explore the new heart and center of New York City. Your journey starts with meeting your guide in Manhattan at Pier 11 and hopping onto the ferry for a short ride across the East River to Brooklyn. You'll enter the ferry through an accessible ramp, have plenty of free turn space, and get the chance to enjoy iconic views onboard. Once you've arrived bustling the DUMBO neighborhood (which is shorthand for ""Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass"" and not the elephant), you'll be met with a vibrant atmosphere that emanates from the area's renovated and repopulated shipping piers and industrial warehouses. From there, you'll stop by all the quintessential sites in DUMBO! You'll take a walk through Brooklyn Bridge Park, explore Brooklyn's waterfront, and stop by Jane's Carousel. If you hadn't gotten enough of Brooklyn's water, you're in luck because your next stop is the Empire Stores. This trendy warehouse shopping center features a secret viewpoint with a panoramic view of Manhattan and the East River. Now your guide will take you along historic cobblestone streets to the Powerhouse Arena for an introduction to the literary and art community scene in DUMBO. After getting to know the area like a local, you'll visit the Brooklyn Roasting Company and stop for a quick bite to eat at a local spot before getting an exclusive peek into an artist's studio. Your final stop will be at the Randolph Beer craft brewery, where you will sample some beers before making your way back to Manhattan.
