You will be picked up from your hotel in the morning and driven to the forest in an accessible vehicle. Staff will be available to assist you to get into the vehicle if necessary, and there is a designated wheelchair space so you will not need to transfer once inside the van.
The cloud forest has several trails with differing levels of accessibility. There is a mostly flat concrete trail which can be navigated in a wheelchair and is 480 metres (525 yards) long. This trail has access ramps and is connected to the visitor center and the accessible bathroom facilities. If you want to explore more of the forest, you can also borrow a joelette wheelchair and go off-road, following steeper pathways up and down the mountains.
Throughout the walk, you will be surrounded by the greenery of the forest and may spot birds and other exotic animals along the way. You can listen to the sounds of the forest and admire views of the lush landscape from the viewpoints.
Once you have finished your forest walk, you will be driven back to your accommodation in an accessible vehicle.
